This program will develop these candidates with a strong foundation to become the next superstar C -suite executives within the film, TV, and music industries. 

Through this initiative, participants will engage in hands-on learning experiences, creative workshops, and mentorship sessions led by industry professionals. Our goal is to empower the next generation of storytellers by equipping them with practical skills, professional networks, and a deeper understanding of the film industry’s impact on culture and social change.
